A special piece exhibited at the JDS Paris exhibition
 "Joy" depicts cherry blossoms in full bloom and Mt. Fuji. It also depicts a mother bird flying towards the cherry tree and her young bird chasing after it. The soft pink color of the cherry blossoms makes people smile.
 The mother bird's tail feathers are made from a celebratory sash used for the Shichi-Go-San ceremony.
 Three types of obi and six colored cherry blossoms are made using tsumami zaiku.
